I ordered a glove and a pack of balls from Rawlings, and everything that arrived was exactly what I selected. The size, model, and color were all right, so from an order accuracy standpoint, I really don’t have any complaints.
I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the shipping updates were a bit slow, and for a while I wasn’t totally sure if the package had actually gone out yet. That said, once it arrived, everything was packed properly and the order itself was fine.

I bought my glove from rawlings.com i was bracing myself for an entire emotional journey. My old glove took what felt like 400 years to break in, so I was already dramatic about this one before it even showed up.

It was definitely stiff at first, which I expected, but after a few days of playing catch and doing some light mallet work, it started closing really nicely. I kept waiting for some weird pocket issue or awkward shape problem to ruin my life, but nope, it behaved perfectly fine.

After about a week, it felt pretty much game ready, which was shocking in the best way. I made this whole thing way more stressful in my head than it needed to be, but I’m really happy with the glove...

Uh, this glove fit my hand really nicely right away. It wasn’t too stiff, and after just a few catches it already felt comfortable. I’m happy with it so far.

Support did get back to me and got everything taken care of, so I can’t complain too much. Overall it was a good experience, just not the fastest.

I picked up this rawlings glove last season, i kind of regret not getting one earlier. The leather still feels solid, and after a ton of games, it’s held up way better than I expected.
